    Ben Thompson is the author of Stratechery.com, a website devoted to strategy and technology. Ben currently works at Automattic, the folks behind WordPress, and previously worked for Microsoft and Apple. He is a 2011 graduate of Kellogg Business School, and lives in Taipei, Taiwan.     James Allworth is the Director of Strategy at Medallia, an enterprise-focused SaaS startup. James also worked previously at Apple, and as a Fellow at the Forum for Growth and Innovation at Harvard Business School.
