  2. Data Model: Understanding the Data you measure in revenue organizations

    In this video, Jacco reviews the fundamentals of the data model. The model itself is simple, but the key is to understand how it is built to support growth loops, closed loops systems, processes, performance metrics, and others. The topics that we step through are:

    1. The bowtie as a full-funnel model
    2. How the bowtie supports growth loops, and the need to create a closed-loop system
    3. Creation of a customer-centric data model based on customers achieving recurring impact, resulting in recurring revenue
    4. Definition of the data model for volume metrics, time metrics, and conversion metrics
    5. Findings: a) use of benchmark data b) application of various GTM models and use of metrics c) how to use performance metrics
