Pat McNamara is a dudes dude. He is a 22 vet of the Army’s Special Forces and spent 13 of those 22 years with Delta Force. He’s seen it all from hostile hostage recovery to Cold War spy games and anything in between. What he took away from those years was that the demands of the battlefield and of everyday life require a sort of fitness that isn’t obtained through normal strength & conditioning. Thus he created his own training system called Combat Strength Training (CST). In E102 we get all the details of CST, we find out how to be a MAN and more!
