We live in a dynamic, volatile, networked age. The top-down hierarchies of the 20th century are increasingly unfit for purpose. New generations are hungry for authenticity, transparency, collaboration and co-creation. Now is the time to reframe what we mean by leadership.
The Meaning 2016 panel was hosted by Paul Mason and included the co-leader of The Green Party Jonathan Bartley, director of the Centre of Labour and Social Studies Faiza Shaheen, leadership consultant Blaire Palmer and Paul Green Jr. — the founder of the Morning Star Self-Management Institute.
Together they explored: What are the leadership qualities we need to cultivate at all levels of business, society and politics?
Meaning is the annual gathering for people who believe business can and must be a force for positive change in our dynamic and volatile world. It happens in Brighton, UK every November and brings together an audience of 350 passionate people who want to be part of the solution to the challenges of our time.
