Sam Fuller of Albany, Calif., is part of a rare minority of home-schoolers who call themselves "unschooled" â a more unstructured, self-directed form of home schooling. He says that because he didn’t have pressure from school and friends to tell him what to like, it was his responsibility to figure out how to spend his time.
