You might remember Apps for America, the contest by Sunlight Labs that awards ideas to help make Congress more transparent.
Now, it is time for a new contest. This one is called Design for America.
Clay Johnson is the director of Sunlight Labs for the Sunlight Foundation.
He tells us that the idea behind this contest is to take all the data that is available, and make it understandable to the general public.
