In his book and on his blog, Mark argues that the conventional wisdom about health and fitness is wrong. Instead of eating low fat diets and spending hours on the treadmill, we should take a cue from our prehistoric ancestors by eating fatty meats and taking long walks. In this podcast, we discuss Mark’s argument that living like a caveman is the pathway to a fit and happy life.
