Lusine performed in the intimate Savoy room of the Metropolis, as part of a Decibel festival showcase. Producing music for over 10 years now, with steady releases on Ghostly International as well as on numerous compilations, Lusine’s style embodies warm, melodic as well as abstract compositions. His last MUTEK performance came right before the release of his fantastic new full-length, A Certain Distance, in September 2009, and concordantly gives you a nice taste of what the producer’s latest offering is all about.

The Bunker Podcast - Pangaea
This set was recorded live at Mutek_10: Brooklyn Preview at Studio B on April 11, 2009. Pangaea is part of the Hessle Audio crew, who are kind of owning dubstep at the moment. This set had the very techno-centric Beyond crowd losing their shit on the dancefloor, including many people who claim to hate dubstep.

Martyn - Live @ Mutek 2007
Another treasure from 2008 makes up MUTEKMIX004, in this case a fantastic daytime DJ mix by dubstep-techno fusionist Martyn , who was then still a little-known mover getting ready to take off. This set catches him just as he’s about to make the leap to dubsteps forefront.
